If you're running a Draft or Open pool and want to carry over settings, teams, or picks from a previous season, OfficePools makes it easy with the Copy Previous Pool feature.

⚠️ Box Pools cannot be copied, as they rely on updated templates and current season player data.

To copy a previous Premier League Draft or Open pool:

1. Go to the Premier League Fantasy Soccer page on OfficePools.
   

2. Instead of starting a new pool, click the big red button labelled "Copy Previous Pool."
   

3. The Copy Pool Wizard will open. Complete the following steps:
   

• Pool to Copy: Choose the previous pool you'd like to copy.
  Note: You must have been an admin in the original pool for it to appear.
  
  

• New Pool Name: Enter a name for your new pool (letters only, no spaces).
  
  

• Copy Options:
  

• Pool settings only – Brings over only your setup (scoring, trades, roster, etc.).
  Does not include Draft Pick Trades.
  

• Pool settings and Teams – Includes setup, team names, and poolie assignments
  Includes Draft Pick Trades.
  

Pool settings, Teams, and Picks – Copies everything, including player rosters from the end of the previous season.
Ideal for Keeper Leagues. Includes Draft Pick Trades.

• Move Reserves to Active: Check this box if you're not using reserve activations and want all players active. You may wish to apply a Drop Lowest rule instead.
  
  

4. Click Copy to create your new pool.
   

5. You’ll be brought into the setup wizard with your previous settings already loaded. Review and make any changes as needed.
   

Complete the setup to activate your pool for the new season.
