Yes! One of the great features of the OfficePools Draftroom is its flexibility—you can run your draft even if some poolies are offline. The Draftroom supports three participation modes:

Participation Options:

1. Online and Live
   Poolies log in and make picks in real-time.
   (Best experience—fully interactive)
   
   

2. Offline with Autopick from Watchlist
   Poolies can pre-rank players using their Watchlist and turn on the “Autopick from Watchlist” option.
   (System will pick for them based on their preferences)
   
   

3. Offline with Admin Control or System Autopick
   If a poolie can't attend or disconnects, the Admin can:
   
   

• Make the pick manually, or

• Enable system autopick to draft the best available player

To Make a Pick on Behalf of a Poolie (Manually):

1. Click the Stop button in the Draftroom

2. Make the pick for the poolie

3. Click Start to resume the draft
   

To Enable Autopick for a Poolie:

1. Check the box under the poolie’s name labeled “Auto pick best option”

2. The system will select the best available player, factoring in:
   
   

• Position mix rules

• Max players per real-life team

• Your pool’s custom settings

This flexibility makes it easy to run your Premier League draft even if everyone can’t be there live!
