If your pool is using OfficePools’ online Draftroom, here’s what you need to do to join the draft and make your picks:

Step-by-Step: Before the Draft

1. Create Your OfficePools Account

• If your Admin sent you an invite, you likely created an account during that process.

• If your Admin created a team for you, make sure your email address is attached to that team.

• If needed, you can register here using the same email address to connect the team to your account.

2. Sign In and Access the Pool

• Once your account is active, sign in at OfficePools.com

• The pool will appear on your Dashboard—click it to enter

Optional: Set Up Your Watchlist

3. Create a Watchlist (Optional, but helpful!)

• Click the “Edit Watchlist” icon

• Add players by clicking the eye icon next to their name

• Drag and drop players to reorder your list

• Can’t attend the draft? Toggle "Autopick from Watchlist" to ON so the system makes picks based on your rankings

During the Draft

4. Enter the Draftroom

• When the Admin opens the Draftroom, click the “Draftroom” icon to enter

5. Know When It’s Your Turn

• You’ll see "NOW" next to your name when it’s your turn to pick

• A message will say "It's your pick!", and the countdown timer will begin

6. Make Your Pick

• Click the Select hand icon next to the player you want to draft

• Once drafted, that player becomes unavailable to others

7. Track Your Roster

• If your pool has Position Mix rules (e.g., 5 FWD, 5 MID, etc.), you’ll see your progress tracker below your drafted players list

8. Switch to Autopick Anytime

• Want the system to pick for you using your Watchlist?
  Just toggle "Autopick from Watchlist" to ON at any time during the draft
