How can one participant draft for multiple teams in the Premier League draftroom?
If you're a poolie assigned to manage more than one team in a Premier League Draft Pool, you can draft for all of them using the OfficePools Draftroom, just follow the steps below.
Part 1 – What the Admin Needs to Do
Before the draft begins, the Admin must connect your email address to each team you’ll be drafting for.
They can do this in either of two ways:
-
Manually enter your email into each team’s details when creating teams
-
Invite you using a shareable invite link, you’ll claim each team and your email will be tied to it automatically
Once your OfficePools account is connected to all your assigned teams, you're ready to draft.
Part 2 – How You Draft for Multiple Teams
1. (Optional) Create a Watchlist for each team (if you want auto-pick support)
See the Watchlist article for how to set this up.
2. Start With the Team That Picks First
When the draft begins, make sure you are controlling the team that picks first among the teams you're managing.
If a different team name is showing above the grey menu bar:
-
Click the team name,
-
Select the correct team from the dropdown list.
3. Enter the Draftroom
-
Click the Draftroom icon to launch the draft for that team.
4. Make Your Pick
-
When it’s that team’s turn, you’ll see the "Now" indicator.
-
Click the Select pointer next to the player you want.
5. Switch to the Next Team
-
Return to your browser tab with the pool homepage
-
Click the team name dropdown again and select the next team you are drafting for
6. Re-Enter the Draftroom
-
Click the Draftroom icon again
Important: After switching teams and re-entering the Draftroom, you must refresh your browser so the system recognizes which team you're currently representing.
7. Repeat as Needed
Continue toggling between your teams using this process until the draft is complete.
Summary:
-
One OfficePools account can control multiple teams
-
Use the team dropdown to switch between teams
-
Always refresh the Draftroom after switching to ensure picks are made under the right team
-
Use a Watchlist if you want backup autopicks
This setup makes it easy to manage and draft for multiple teams—even in the same draft session!
